Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced pay equity professional to lead global pay analyses and drive compliance with evolving pay transparency and gender pay regulations across multiple countries, including the UK.

This is a senior individual contributor role partnering with Compensation, HR, Legal and People Analytics to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes, develop methodologies, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of global pay equity and awareness of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global pay equity analyses with robust modelling.
• Serve as SME on pay equity and transparency regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes and analytics.
• Identify pay equity risks and assist remediation efforts and governance.
• Prepare data-driven insights for senior leaders and support reviews.
• Mentor colleagues on pay equity topics.
