Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Pay Equity professional to lead global analyses and support compliance with evolving pay transparency and gender pay regulations. This senior individual contributor role collaborates with Compensation, HR, Legal, and People Analytics across countries.

Based in the UK, the role requires deep expertise, strong judgement, and the ability to work independently on complex issues.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep knowledge of global pay equity and awareness of compensation and benefits regulations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global pay equity analyses, including statistically robust modelling and interpretation of results over time.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on pay equity and pay transparency regulations, including EU and US requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable internal processes and analytics.
• Identify and assess pay equity risks; partner on remediation approaches and governance controls.
• Develop and document global pay equity methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare clear, data-driven insights for senior leaders and support executive and Legal reviews.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor, supporting colleagues on complex pay equity topics.
