Job summary

AIG Multinational is seeking a Senior Multinational Client Executive to drive the design, delivery and service of bespoke multinational insurance solutions. You will work with product underwriters and distribution to manage global fronting and indemnity programs, aligning with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with underwriters, claims and legal to ensure timely, compliant and service-focused outcomes for Tier 1 multinational

Qualifications

• Significant commercial insurance experience, preferably with broker or company background.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel.
• Experience with global fronting programs including captive and indemnity arrangements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools: MS Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio and ensure the multinational client experience.
• Coordinate communication and project management across stakeholders through the program lifecycle.
• Provide guidance across Multinational Business Model to ensure compliant design and delivery.
• Offer multinational technical expertise to underwriters for compliant program structures.
• Lead implementation of the End-to-End process and define roles, timelines and service levels.
• Monitor service SLAs and escalate as needed to maintain performance.
