Responsibilities

• Lead global manufacturing engineering initiatives to strengthen capability, capacity and operational excellence.
• Serve as Supply Chain Capital Lead for investments, planning and project execution.
• Translate regional needs into capital and capacity strategies across the network.
• Oversee complex capital projects, balancing scope, schedule, resources, risk and budget.
• Develop scalable manufacturing solutions that improve safety, quality and financial performance.
