Job summary

You will work within the Global Manufacturing Engineering team on automation, robotics, and process innovation to gain hands-on industry exposure. The role requires on-site presence three days per week and relocation/travel to Peterborough as needed, with a Summer 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BEng or MEng in a STEM field such as manufacturing/ mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to network and add value.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Manufacturing Engineering to deliver Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (Automation, Robotics, processes).
• Assist in administration and management of Manufacturing Innovation.
• Lead projects in advanced technology/process innovation space.
• Support plants to develop new solutions to current business issues.
• Support Global Manufacturing Engineering initiatives as needed.
