Responsabilités

• Lead global manufacturing engineering initiatives to strengthen capability, capacity, and excellence across the network.
• Oversee capital planning, investments, and project execution as Supply Chain Capital Lead.
• Partner with leaders to translate needs into capital and capacity strategies.
• Lead evaluation, prioritization, planning, and execution of capital and manufacturing projects.
• Develop standardized, scalable manufacturing solutions to improve safety, quality, and financial outcomes.
• Influence regional teams and cross-functional groups to align on priorities and delivery.
• Identify risks and challenges; apply change management for successful implementations.
• Monitor project performance and coach teams to strengthen execution.
