Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced logistics and program management professional to support the Kuwait F/A-18 program from Lexington Park, Maryland. The role focuses on sustainment planning, cost analysis, and the maintenance of program documentation and databases for informed decision-making.

Applicants should have 10+ years in logistics, 6+ years in aviation, and an active Secret DoD clearance. Travel within CONUS (~10%) is required; candidate must be a US citizen.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Active Secret DoD clearance required
• Experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of Logistics experience
• 6+ years of Aviation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within CONUS (~10%)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for integrated and sustainment planning for the Kuwait F/A-18 DoD program
• Develop and maintain production planning documents and cost analysis databases
• Maintain program security requirements and review budgets against performance
• Track milestones and action items from LOAs and schedules
• Analyze contractual and technical data to determine spares provisioning and maintenance requirements
• Develop metrics, risk plans, and plans of action
• Prepare executive PowerPoint briefings and management reporting
• Maintain documentation related to automated logistics and data reporting
