Marex is seeking a Senior member of the Legal Entity Control (LEC) team to ensure the integrity of the Group and its subsidiaries’ financial information. You will provide line management and review across monthly reporting cycles.

Key responsibilities include preparing annual financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP, overseeing intercompany reconciliations, and supporting the audit process while delivering improvements to control environments.

Formación

• Big 4 audit background preferred.
• Experience in large Group / Public company environment.
• Strong communications and documentation skills.
• ERP/Reporting systems experience (PeopleSoft, Essbase) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual financial statements for entities under IFRS, US GAAP and FRS102.
• Support notes for the Group Annual and Quarterly Reports.
• Prepare monthly income statement and balance sheet analyses.
• Manage month-end close to Group reporting deadlines.
• Prepare monthly management reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audit processes and respond to external auditors.
• Assist integration of new acquisitions into monthly reporting.
