The role involves managing multidisciplinary projects and leading technical staff to provide solutions for local and international infrastructure needs. Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of leading a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage).
• Experience of successful international multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Desire to lead continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
• Preparation and review of technical reports, specifications and schedules.
• Part of the work-winning team securing the group's project pipeline.

Skills

Strong technical background in infrastructure design

Communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage and motivate a team
