Qualifications

• Working towards or already chartered (ICE or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes from concept to detailed design.
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients.
• Produce and review detailed designs for drainage, highways, and utilities.

• Input into project programming, resourcing and commercial performance where appropriate.

Working Pattern: Hybrid + 9 Day Fortnight

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading, design-led engineering consultancy to appoint a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to their London team. This role offers the chance to take a technical and client-facing lead position on complex infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on large-scale, mission-critical developments.

The consultancy has a strong and growing data centre client base, delivering projects across the UK and internationally, making this a standout opportunity for engineers looking to broaden their technical exposure and global project reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes from concept through to detailed design and construction support
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, particularly within the data centre and mission‑critical sectors
• Produce and review detailed designs for drainage, highways, earthworks and utilities in line with UK standards and best practice
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, geotechnical and building services engineers
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to technical development and knowledge sharing within the team
• Input into project programming, resourcing and commercial performance where appropriate

Project & Client Focus

• Data centres and mission‑critical infrastructure

About You
