Morson Group is hiring a Senior/Lead HR Business Partner to partner with the leadership team across a multinational operation. The role is UK-wide with hybrid working and an inside IR35 daily rate of £800 via umbrella.

You will lead an HR team of eight, shape the people strategy, oversee workforce planning, organisation design and change initiatives, and drive a positive employee experience across sites and markets.

Qualificações

• 8-10+ years’ progressive HR experience in a multinational organisation.
• Strategic HR Business Partner with regional/global scope.
• Experience with works councils, trade unions, and collective bargaining.
• Proven change and organisational development leadership.
• Experience across multiple countries in a complex matrix.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to Leadership Team and single point of contact.
• Lead workforce planning and organisation design for future capabilities.
• Build strong HR presence across sites for positive employee experience.
• Lead relationships with works councils and unions, including pay negotiations.
• Drive organisational change, restructuring, and people projects end-to-end.
• Incorporate talent management and succession planning into business processes.
• Adapt global HR initiatives to local markets.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
