Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Field Service & Commissioning Engineer to support international deployments across aviation equipment and IoT solutions. This hands-on role blends field engineering with software configuration, traveling to airports to install, configure and go-live complex systems.

Seeking 5–10 years of technical field experience, strong installation/commissioning skills, IoT knowledge, and a customer-focused, autonomous work style for global deployments.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years' experience in a technical field with field service or commissioning exposure.
• Strong installation, configuration and commissioning capabilities for complex deployments.
• Experience with IoT, electrical/electronic systems and networks.
• Knowledge of software configuration, integrations and connected equipment.
• Experience with embedded electronics integration and reading electrical schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting, hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex technical installations and deployments internationally.
• Troubleshoot issues that cannot be resolved by local teams and provide escalation.
• Commission connected equipment and support go-live validation.
• Configure software according to customer data and integrations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagnose hardware/electronic issues.
• Train customers, partners and internal teams on equipment and technology.
