Job summary

Unbridled is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead client events, exhibitions, and experiential projects end-to-end. You will manage timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring exceptional delivery and strong client relationships.

This role is hybrid, based in Bromley/Greater London, with occasional international travel. The role requires 5+ years in events, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in events agencies or exhibitions.
• Proven ability to deliver events from concept to completion.
• Strong client relationships and budget management.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Experience with multi-project delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procim/Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple events from brief to completion.
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Translate objectives into innovative event solutions and plans.
• Develop timelines, governance, and reporting for project control.
• Coordinate internal teams, venues, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee all event logistics, including venue, travel, production.
• Lead onsite delivery in the UK and internationally.
• Identify risks and manage changes with mitigation strategies.
• Create and reconcile project budgets and monitor profitability.
• Support business development through proposals and pitches.
