Kuehne Nagel in Feltham (UK) seeks a Global Customs Operations Manager to lead and transform our global customs operations. You will drive productivity, leverage automation, and manage outsourcing initiatives across multiple countries, while building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results.

You will collaborate with operations, technology, sales and compliance to streamline processes, optimize cost, and implement scalable solutions in a complex global network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs, shipping, or a related operational environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing international teams and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including budget, cost, or P&L responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success delivering productivity improvements, efficiency programs, or large-scale transformation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, turning data into decisions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in an international matrix.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
