Job summary

Miista Limited, London-based, seeks a senior strategic and creative Marketing and Branding Manager to shape how the brand is perceived worldwide. You will own the narrative across campaigns, press, and community, guiding teams and partners to deliver globally coherent programmes and measurable growth.

You will lead the critical path from brief to launch, align with E-commerce and Trading teams, and drive sustained awareness, engagement and demand through a distinctive brand narrative.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion or design.
• Proven ability to lead global campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, storytelling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global brand strategy across campaigns, channels and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of brand initiatives.
• Oversee press, earned media, partnerships and activations to grow awareness and affinity.
• Coordinate with product, retail and e-commerce teams to connect branding with commercial growth.
