Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with GIS, mapping systems or spatial data management.
• Experience within local government, planning, property, land charges or related environment.
• Knowledge of GIS software and planning legislation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage GIS datasets and records.
• Provide mapping and spatial analysis to support Planning Services.
• Assist administration and processing of Local Land Charges enquiries.
• Support data quality assurance of land and property-related data.
• Produce mapping outputs, reports and spatial information for internal and external customers.
• Investigate and resolve complex data and mapping queries.
• Liaise with internal services, legal representatives, property professionals and external organisations.
• Ensure information is maintained in accordance with relevant legislation and service standards.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and training materials.
