Ridge & Partners LLP seeks an experienced Chartered / Senior Geotechnical Engineer to support planning and engineering teams across our project portfolio. This role can be based in Bristol, Manchester or Birmingham offices with a flexible hybrid policy and three in-office days.

You will be involved in specifying, managing, and interpreting geotechnical investigations, assessments, and the design of geotechnical solutions, supporting civil and structural disciplines both in the UK and

Qualifications

• Experience leading geotechnical design projects in design-and-build environments.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical investigations and reports.
• Chartered civil engineer or geologist with geotechnical expertise.
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel UK and overseas with a valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review geotechnical design reports.
• Perform ground investigation planning and evaluation.
• Analyze slope stability and earthworks performance.
• Assist in design of foundation systems and earthworks.
• Coordinate with civil/structural teams and clients.
