Our client is a renowned engineering firm with over 185 years of experience, seeking a talented Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure projects around the world.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and delivering high-quality geotechnical engineering assignments in the UK and overseas.
2. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.
3. Contributing to the growth and global presence of our clients.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in geotechnical analysis and design, including software such as PLAXIS, SlopeW, and WALLAP.
• Experience managing assignments, overseeing technical delivery, and handling commercial aspects, planning, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their professional development and implementation of best practices.
• Expertise in ground investigation, data interpretation, and advanced numerical modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and other relevant industry standards, contracts, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Civil engineering degree with postgraduate qualification in geotechnical or engineering geology-related subjects.
• Chartered engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Extensive international and site experience, mainly in large-scale (£100m+) infrastructure projects across various sectors.
