Dunelm Geotechnical & Environmental are seeking a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer in Oldham. You will lead ground investigation projects, deliver technical reports and support client development. A strong grounding in geology, geotechnical or environmental topics is essential.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to tenders and be involved in business growth, with opportunities for chartership and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in ground investigation or geo-environmental engineering.
• Degree in Geology, Geotechnical or Environmental discipline.
• MSc degree and working towards chartered status.
• Project management and technical reporting experience.
• Experience preparing tenders and supporting business development.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• SMSTS qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design, coordinate and oversee ground investigation projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, desk studies and interpretative assessments.
• Provide input during project planning and tender stages.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support tender submissions, quotations and pre-qualification documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to business growth and attendance at industry events.
• Support quality, environmental, health and safety management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, coordinate and oversee ground investigation projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance
• SMSTS qualification desirable
