Sabio Group is recruiting a Senior Genesys Consultant in London to lead deployment and integration of Genesys Cloud CX across multi-country client projects. You will architect contact center solutions, integrate with CRM systems, and optimize omnichannel experiences.

Role requires deep Genesys Cloud CX knowledge, scripting, data actions, and strong stakeholder communication. English fluency and experience with agile methodologies are essential for success in our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and maintaining Genesys Cloud CX environments.
• Ability to design and implement multi-channel customer journeys.
• Strong exposure to CRM integrations and data actions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build deployments of Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Integrate with CRM systems and third-party tools.
• Create and modify scripts and flows for voice and digital channels.
• Develop real-time and historical reports; support multi-country projects.
• Collaborate with team to optimize customer experiences.
