Job summary

ZeptoLab is seeking a Senior Generalist Artist to join our team, contributing across 3D and 2D art, and implementing assets in Unity for mobile games. This hands-on role expects you to help shape the visual direction from early prototypes through production.

You will collaborate with designers and developers, iterate quickly based on gameplay feedback, and contribute ideas to maintain a strong visual style while prioritizing performance and readability on mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating 2D/3D game art across multiple titles.
• Hands-on Unity implementation of art assets for mobile games.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance and optimization.
• Solid sense of composition, readability and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with mobile-focused or hybrid casual game styles is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows or willingness to adopt.

Responsibilities

• Create, iterate and implement 2D/3D/UI assets, animations and VFX in Unity for mobile games.
• Help establish and maintain the visual style of new game concepts.
• Collaborate with designers and developers from prototypes to production.
• Translate gameplay ideas into clear visual solutions.
• Iterate rapidly based on gameplay feedback and performance constraints.
• Contribute own visual ideas and propose solutions proactively.
• Plan and prioritise work to support fast prototyping and production.
