Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the AI Enablement Team in London. You will implement and design solutions that enhance GenAI capabilities across the organization, focusing on platform capability development for the whole business.

The role requires strong Python and ReactJS, REST API development, and experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You will lead technical efforts, review code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Proficient in Python and ReactJS; GenAI app development experience required.
• Experience with vector stores, RAG, context engineering, and observability.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS and containerization technologies.
• Understanding RESTful API development and integration; strong OO design.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications with well-structured, efficient code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Review code to enforce standards and quality.
• Write unit tests and collaborate with QA to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solution design.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks; improve scalability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
