Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Technical Lead for Generative AI & Cloud Technologies to drive enterprise AI and cloud initiatives. You will lead architecture, design, and implementation across global teams, delivering secure, scalable solutions using AI and cloud-native approaches.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and modern compute, with strong collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural design capacity.
• Experience in designing secure, high-availability, high-volume deployments.
• Hands-on coding with AI-assisted tools (Github Copilot, Claude Code) and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory management and guardrails.
• Proficient with APIs/REST/HTTPS and enterprise integration.
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms and SaaS AI platforms with enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI and cloud initiatives.
• Build rapid PoCs and MVPs using AI models to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specs and requirements.
• Create architectures considering performance, security, integration, and UX.
• Evaluate new technologies and optimize system reliability.
• Contribute to technology standards, guidelines, and roadmaps.
