Job summary
Mars is seeking a senior technical leader within the Food & Nutrition Supply Digital Technology team. You will drive technical strategy, architecture and delivery across planning, manufacturing and procurement landscapes, guiding cross-functional teams and external suppliers to meet strategic priorities.
You will translate roadmaps into robust technical plans, ensure design assurance and governance, and align solutions with Mars standards for security, data integrity and operational support.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a senior technical lead or architect in a global supply chain context.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially planning, manufacturing and procurement.
- Experience translating roadmaps into technical designs, options and delivery guardrails.
- Experience designing complex solutions across applications, data, cloud, integration and security.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior technical lead for Food & Nutrition Supply and Commercial tech.
- Translate priorities into technical options, designs and guardrails.
- Provide expert advice on feasibility, cost, risks and dependencies.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design and design assurance across domains.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and data standards.
- Coach associates and partners, promote reusable patterns and design forums.
