Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior GBS strategist and operating‑model architect to work with C-suite leaders to design and deliver enterprise services across retained teams, Global Business Services, GCCs and Centers of Excellence.

You will lead current-state diagnostics, define target operating models, build business cases and roadmaps, and shape governance, delivery footprints and automation strategies to realise value at scale.

Qualifications

• End-to-end GBS strategy and operating-model experience across large organisations.
• Captive, outsourced and hybrid delivery-model experience.
• Multi-tower GBS depth across Finance, HR, IT, Analytics.
• Service scope and activity-placement judgment in GBS / GCC.
• Target operating-model design with governance and performance frameworks.
• Business-case and value-realisation capability using baselines and benchmarks.
• Technology and data fluency including ERP, data platforms and automation.
• AI-enabled operating-model judgement for work allocation and controls.
• Risk, control and resilience understanding in regulatory contexts.
• Executive and commercial leadership with C-suite credibility.
• Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Utilities or Energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the current-state GBS diagnostic with evidence-based analysis.
• Define enterprise GBS ambition, scope boundaries and success measures.
• Develop target service scope and activity-placement model across retained functions and GCC.
• Design the overarching GBS target operating model with governance and delivery footprint.
• Evaluate delivery-model options including captive, outsourced and hybrid approaches.
• Specify how technology, data, automation and AI enable the operating model.
• Develop economic and value-case with baselines, benchmarks and benefits.
• Establish governance and performance architecture linking retained functions and providers.
• Shape the transformation roadmap and ensure coherence across workstreams.
• Lead senior client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to propose and deliver.
