Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Transformation and GBS leader to shape and execute a global GBS strategy for finance clients in the UK. You will translate strategy into target operating models, manage cross-functional delivery and drive value realisation across processes, data, AI and technology.

This role requires 10+ years of GBS and enterprise-service transformation experience, with a track record in multi-country delivery and strong executive collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end GBS transformation leadership with 10+ years of experience across GBS, shared services, GCC transformation or management consulting.
• Strong GBS transformation architecture and roadmap experience translating strategy into prioritised portfolios and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of GBS service-delivery, retained functions, Centres of Excellence and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Validate the transformation starting point: strategy, operating model, business case, scope, dependencies and risks.
• Translate the model into an integrated transformation blueprint and roadmap with workstreams and milestones.
• Establish transformation governance, design assurance and executive reporting; lead Transformation Management Office.
• Orchestrate delivery across GBS transformation including process harmonisation, technology, data and AI delivery.
• Maintain alignment with operating-model guardrails; manage cross-workstream trade-offs and design authority decisions.
• Lead work-migration and service-transition strategy across waves, knowledge transfer, readiness and cutover.
• Direct people and adoption agenda with HR and change specialists; ensure role impacts and capability needs are integrated.
• Integrate technology, data, automation and AI releases with operating-model changes and controls.
