You will lead diagnostics, define service scope, design target operating models and develop business cases for transformation.

You will bring 10+ years in GBS, shared services, outsourcing or management consulting, with expertise in captive, outsourced and hybrid delivery and a strong track

Qualifications

• End-to-end GBS strategy and operating-model experience.
• Captive, outsourced and hybrid delivery-model experience.
• Multi-tower GBS depth across Finance, HR, IT, Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state GBS diagnostic and design the target operating model.
• Shape enterprise GBS ambition, principles and success measures.
