Accenture is seeking a senior GBS strategist and operating-model architect to lead strategy, target operating model design, and value-realisation initiatives for enterprise services. You will work directly with C-suite and functional leaders to define service scope, delivery footprints, and governance across retained functions, GBS, GCC, and external providers.

You will steer business-case development, deployment roadmaps, and transformation sequencing.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end GBS strategy and operating-model experience.
• Experience with captive, outsourced and hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to present complex options to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong governance, program leadership and stakeholder management.

• Lead current-state GBS diagnostic, defining strategic service scope and target operating model.
• Develop the enterprise GBS ambition, governance, and implementation roadmap.
• Shape the target operating model, including ownership, organisation structure, sourcing and performance framework.
