Job summary
Greenray Turbine Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead control system retrofit and upgrade projects for gas turbines. You will provide specialist engineering across tendering, design, programming, manufacture, testing and commissioning to ensure quality, cost and on-time delivery.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Field Service and Aftersales, define FAT/SAT procedures, support site commissioning, mentor engineers, and contribute to business development
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience with PLC-based control systems across multiple platforms.
- Experience with gas turbine control and fuel systems essential.
- Commissioning and site installation experience essential.
- Offshore Safety Survival Certificate desirable (training provided).
Responsibilities
- Lead design, programming and hardware manufacture of control systems for gas turbines.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Projects, Field Service and Aftersales to deliver integrated solutions.
- Define FAT and SAT procedures with suppliers and witness as required.
- Support installation, commissioning and post-sales troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
- Support tender submissions and customer visits with technical input.
