Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is hiring a Lead Gas Engineer to supervise gas servicing across Market Harborough, Northampton, Corby and nearby areas. You’ll resolve complex cases, mentor colleagues, and ensure safe, compliant services in customers’ homes.

You’ll hold ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1, CPA1) and an appropriate plumbing/ventilation NVQ. The role requires a full UK driving licence and a DBS check, with a salary of £46,000 per year plus

Qualifications

• NVQ Level in 2 Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation (or equivalent) is essential.
• Unvented hot water qualification.
• High level of competency in diagnosing and carrying out complex heating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support across gas operations.
