Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years’ relevant experience in game engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver well-defined features with autonomy.
• Strong C++ and C# programming skills.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and custom engines.
• Experience developing open-world, survival or crafting games.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain gameplay features.
• Build rapid prototypes to test mechanics.
• Develop prototypes into maintainable functionality.
• Refine AI behavior with designers and engineers.
• Develop UI functionality and connect to systems.
• Create and maintain gameplay tools.
• Investigate, reproduce and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with QA for fixes and console requirements.
• Code reviews and documentation.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
