Job summary

Ideal candidates bring experience across JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/C++, Python, and a strong AWS background including serverless, API Gateway and WebSockets, plus exposure to liveOps and frontend

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with backend focus across multiple languages and platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable backend services and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, architecture principles and production operations.
• Hands-on AWS experience including serverless, queues, API gateways and WebSockets.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and modern tooling like Git/JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Contribute to architecture, technical strategy, and key engineering decisions.
• Own services end-to-end from concept to production and live operations.
• Write clean, high-performance code aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in a distributed environment.
• Participate in client-facing calls to gather requirements and demos.
