Job summary

DIGITEC, headquartered in London, is seeking a Senior FX Sales Executive to drive new business with banks and financial institutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with global teams to tailor FX solutions and expand DIGITEC's international footprint.

The role offers hybrid work with 2 days in the London office. Fluency in English and a proactive, sales-driven mindset are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing new business.
• Experience within FX, Capital Markets, FICC, Treasury, electronic trading, fintech, or financial software.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Independently build and develop a sales pipeline from prospect identification through deal closure.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice-to-have: established professional network within banks/FX trading community.
• Experience with FX Swaps, NDFs, Money Markets or electronic trading.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or complex financial software sales.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery meetings to product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Establish relationships with senior decision-makers across FX Trading, Treasury, Technology, and other areas.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand DIGITEC's presence.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, translating FX tech into business value.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure smooth sales-to-implementation transition.
• Represent DIGITEC at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to support commercial and product strategies.
• Travel internationally to meet prospective clients and attend events.
