Job summary

Ebury London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the share of clients who convert into hedgers, building the journeys, workflows and decision tools that move them there. You will sit at the intersection of product, data and commercial, collaborating with CPMs, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering and Compliance to deliver guided journeys and scalable policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills (funnel, cohort, retention, A/B tests).
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows and their messaging.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conversion journey into hedging with a dedicated squad.
• Design journeys and lifecycle workflows to guide clients from exposure to hedging policy.
• Develop decision tools showing clients their exposure in their currencies.
• Provide CPMs with a portfolio-level view of client exposure and conversations.
• Lead experimentation and measurement to improve conversion outcomes.
• Collaborate with analytics, design, engineering, compliance and sales teams.
