Job summary

Insight Commodities in London is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to win new corporate clients in the agricultural and softs sectors, leveraging FX hedging and commodity risk expertise.

You will own your pipeline, book meetings with CFOs and finance directors, and collaborate with traders and compliance to guide clients from initial conversation to trade execution, driving revenue from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience selling FX, hedging, or financial products to UK corporates.
• Proven track record of winning new business and booking meetings.
• Comfort discussing risk with CFOs and finance directors.
• Interest in commodity markets; knowledge helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline across agriculture and softs; book high-quality first meetings with decision-makers.
• Lead commercial calls; assess exposure and hedging needs before introducing trading team.
• Develop partnerships with industry bodies to open new deal flow.
• Own an individual revenue target linked to booked volumes and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with structuring, trading and compliance to guide clients from conversation to trade execution.
• Research new market opportunities and contribute to client market updates.
