Job description

Senior Furniture Product Developer

We are seeking a Furniture Product Developer to lead the development of our Furniture range, from design to product launch. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, technical expertise, and a good understanding of global sourcing. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office, reporting to the Head of Product.

About the Role

As part of the Product Development team, you will manage the development process, ensuring our products meet quality standards and business needs. Responsibilities include:

• Leading furniture product development, working with designers and suppliers to ensure high-quality, compliant products.
• Designing construction and creating SolidWorks models for tooling, providing 2D and 3D CAD files.
• Managing product delivery from concept to launch, including pre-launch activities.
• Contributing to product strategy through research and insights.
• Developing products with existing suppliers and sourcing new production options as needed.
• Maintaining high-quality product data for all products.

The Ideal Candidate

Must have:

• At least 5 years of experience in furniture development.
• Experience with global sourcing for upholstery, wooden, and metal furniture.
• Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and 3D/2D modeling.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
