Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset management firm, seeks a Private Funds, Senior Legal Counsel (Private Equity) to coordinate the legal structuring, documentation and lifecycle management of its private equity and clean energy funds. The role acts as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on fund matters, working with Compliance to maintain controls and regulatory adherence.

You will support the Legal Heads and General Counsel, collaborating across UK, US, Cayman

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with UK, EU or US qualification.
5–8 years PQE with private funds experience.
Experience in private funds group at a major law firm.
Strong knowledge of closed-ended funds and fund structures.
Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages desirable.

Responsabilités

Coordinate legal structuring, documentation and lifecycle management of Capital Dynamics’ private equity and energy funds.
Primary interface between business and external counsel for fund matters.
Develop controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with law and regulations.
Liaise with law firms and service providers; manage external counsel relationships.
Assist with tax and regulatory questions arising from investments in funds.
Support Legal Heads and General Counsel on legal matters.
