Job summary

BCL Legal Limited in London is seeking a Fund Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing funds team advising sponsor-side and lender-side clients on a range of fund finance matters.

Depending on experience, you will work closely with a partner co-leader of the Funds practice, handling complex finance documentation, negotiating transactions and developing client relationships in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance or structured finance.
• Strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of finance documentation.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in fund finance.
• Ability to manage transactions with commercial acumen.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of fund finance transactions with sponsors, fund managers and financial institutions.
• Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation and transaction agreements.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior team members on significant transactions and client matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Take on increasing responsibility within a close-knit team and develop both technically and commercially.
