BCL Legal, a leading international law firm based in London, is expanding its Fund Finance team. They seek Associates (1-3 PQE) and Senior Associates (5-7 PQE) to advise sponsor-side and lender-side clients on fund finance transactions.

You will draft and negotiate complex finance documents, work with Partners, and build client relationships while taking increasing responsibility in a collaborative, partner-led environment.

Qualifications

• Associate: 1-3 PQE with experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance or structured finance.
• Senior Associate: 5-7 PQE with established fund finance or closely related finance practice.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Preferably from leading international or City law firms; in-house lawyers with relevant deal experience are also considered.
