Job summary

Waystone Governance Ltd., based in Exeter, is seeking a qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials and a minimum of 3 years in a fund administration environment. Qualifications

• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualified required.
• Strong accounting knowledge in IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for fund clients and liaise with Investment Managers.
• Review monthly/quarterly management accounts and other accounting reports.
• Prepare board packs and attend Board meetings.
• Review NAV calculations and supporting schedules.
• Prepare half-year and annual financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP and liaise with Auditors.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee their work.
