Our client, a successful private equity firm, is looking to hire a qualified accountant with fund finance experience, to join the finance team and directly support the UK Finance Director.

• Reviewing fund financial statements on an annual and quarterly basis
• Reviewing quarterly investor reporting
• Preparing and reviewing drawdown and distributions notices
• Dealing and corresponding with investors regarding issues and queries
• Providing support to improve the efficiency of accounting software with new reports and defined fields for extensive data analysis
• Assisting with the annual audit process

The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with experience as a Fund Accountant in private equity/alternative funds or a Third Party Administrator in the UK.
