Job summary

A global financial services and asset-servicing provider is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Belfast-based team. You will lead financial reporting, mentor juniors, and contribute to growth while delivering high-quality statements for clients.

The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office, a base salary up to £52k plus extensive benefits and a 10% annual bonus, and opportunities for professional development within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Solid and pragmatic accounting skills and technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies across your portfolio.
• Oversee key fund accounting activities whilst supporting the development of processes, controls and maintain high service standards.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, auditors and advisers for accounting and reporting matters.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including contributing to a high performing team culture.

The Role:

Working as a senior member of the team, as the successful Senior Fund Accountant you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.
