Internationalinsuranceprofessionals in London is seeking a technically strong Chartered Accountant to join the team as Fund Accountant. The role focuses on annual accounts, reporting processes, and accounting support across a varied portfolio, with prior line management responsibilities and performance reviews expected.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CPA, strong consolidations knowledge, and experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within real estate investment.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification required.
• Strong technical accounting skills are essential.
• Experience leading a small team and conducting appraisals is desirable.
• Proven experience in preparing annual accounts.
• Solid understanding of consolidations and group accounts.
• Experience in real estate investment industry preferred (audit or accounting).

Fund Accountant

London (Hybrid policy model 4 days in office)

Up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Qualified Accountant to join a well-established and growing team in their London office. This is a great role for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in a busy, client-focused environment with real responsibility and the chance to make an impact and will suit either a candidate coming from a firm of accountants or from the real estate or private equity industry. You will play a key role in the preparation of annual accounts, management of reporting processes, and delivery of high-quality accounting support across a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will also be expected to bring prior line management experience, including conducting appraisals and supporting the development of team members.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual accounts to a high standard.
• Oversee and review consolidation work and group accounts.
• Support the production of management information and financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, including appraisals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely outputs.
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.

What we are looking for
