Job summary

Skyral is seeking an experienced software engineer to turn models, data and services into working training systems on site in Warminster. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end solutions across front-end interfaces and integration with platform APIs for real-time data visualization.

You will work across Go, Python, React and TypeScript in a collaborative, high-impact environment, with the potential to obtain SC clearance and contribute to a critical UK defense training mission.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack capability across Go, Python, front-end React/TypeScript.
• Experience building usable interfaces for complex, real-time data systems.
• Ability to diagnose cross-system data mismatches and timing/synchronisation issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end interfaces for scenario configuration, system control and visualisation.
• Build UI components that consume platform APIs and display real-time data.
• Compose training systems from reusable models, terrain data and simulation services.
• Define and manage system configurations and data flows between components.
