Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power GTM and growth platforms.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend work when needed.
• Contribute to technical direction for owned systems, evaluating trade-offs between speed and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, or reliability issues in backend systems before they affect users.
• Review code and designs from peers and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior engineers and document system design decisions for team-wide adoption.
