CreateFuture is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive scalable Go backends and React frontends. You will influence technical direction, mentor peers and embed AI-driven approaches across delivery for client value.

Qualifications

• Proven Go/React/TypeScript experience in production systems.
• Strong API design and experience with REST/gRPC.
• Experience with microservices, containers and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend in Go and frontends in React.
• Lead technical design and architecture discussions for scalable systems.
• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs with a focus on security and performance.
• Build intuitive UIs in React that integrate with backend services.
• Champion testing, documentation and code reviews across the stack.
• Drive delivery across initiatives balancing speed and business value.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability through coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Evaluate new technologies and AI capabilities to improve delivery.
