Job summary

Multiverse is hiring an Senior Fullstack AI Engineer to help build and scale an AI-first adaptive learning platform from Berlin. You will own end-to-end development, implement AI features, and craft robust software together with a cross-functional team.

You’ll work closely with Product, Content Engineering, and Portfolio Leads to deliver measurable impact. You should bring 5+ years in full-stack development, hands-on LLM experience, and strong Python and TS/React skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development with senior responsibilities (architecture, mentoring)
• AI-first mindset with day-to-day use of AI tools
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs: prompts, outputs, tools, evaluation
• End-to-end development using Python (FastAPI/Django) and TS/React/Next.js
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and schema migrations
• Strong testing discipline and CI (pytest, type hints, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Docker-based deployment and observability
• Business-fluent English; German at B1–B2 preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop the adaptive, AI-first learning platform end-to-end and shape architecture decisions
• Implement features in the existing framework while balancing upcoming improvements
• Integrate AI features like LLM-powered learning support and adaptive paths
• Build internal tools and automations for coaches, operations, and sales
• Collaborate with the engineering team, Content Engineering, and Portfolio Leads
