You will mentor developers, apply Agile practices, and integrate GenAI capabilities while ensuring security and resilience in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot / Core); willing to ramp up Python
• Full-stack mindset with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular)
• Experience delivering in Agile / Scrum with ownership
• Practical exposure to cloud-native architecture
• Awareness/integration of GenAI/LLMs into apps

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Java backend services and Python components for enterprise-scale applications
