Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack application development with strong expertise in Java or Python.
• Deep experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring Core and Flask / FastAPI.
• Solid frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to Gen‑AI concepts including large language models, transformer-based systems, prompt engineering, and vector search.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes against standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies and safeguarding Citi.
