Citi Belfast is seeking an Application Development Technology Lead to join the Source to Pay Solutions Technology group. Based in Belfast with a hybrid model, you will design, build, and deliver Java backend services and Python components for enterprise-scale applications.

You will own end-to-end delivery, work with global teams to satisfy regulatory and transformation priorities, apply Agile practices, and explore GenAI integrations to add real value while mentoring colleagues.

• Own end-to-end delivery from design through production rollout.
• Collaborate with global technology and business teams to deliver against regulatory and transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Java backend services and Python components for enterprise-scale applications.
